Join Angela under the light of the Full Moon, as we gather to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the rhythm of the lunar cycle.
This ceremonial experience is an invitation to lay down what has grown heavy, to rest deeply in the body, and to make space for what is ready to emerge. Through gentle movement, sound, meditation, and simple ritual, you’ll be supported in returning to stillness and inner clarity.
Each month, this gathering is shaped by the unique qualities of the current Full Moon and the season it rises within. As the lunar cycle shifts, so too does the focus of the ceremony — offering a different intention, reflection, and tone each time.
The Full Moon marks a moment of ripening and release — a time to honor what has reached completion and consciously welcome what comes next. As sound moves through the body like tide and breath, the nervous system softens, the mind quiets, and deep rest becomes possible.
No prior experience is needed. Come as you are, and be held by movement, sound, and moonlight. No experience necessary.
The gathering includes:
· Opening & closing ritual aligned with the Full Moon
· Gentle movement to awaken and release the body
· Guided Full Moon meditation
· Immersive sound bath
· Time for rest, reflection & integration

In a world that pulls us in many directions, this two-hour immersive experience invites you to gently come home to yourself — and to the deeper field of connection that unites us all.
Return to Oneness is a nourishing blend of restorative yoga and therapeutic sound designed to calm the nervous system, soften the body, and quiet the mind. Supported by props and held in long, comfortable postures, you’ll be guided into deep rest while layers of resonant sound wash through the space — creating an atmosphere of safety, spaciousness, and subtle awakening.
As the body unwinds and the breath slows, the illusion of separation begins to soften. Through stillness, vibration, and shared presence, we remember the quiet truth beneath the noise: we are not separate — we belong to something whole.
