As the lunar cycle reaches its peak, the Full Moon offers a powerful opportunity to release what no longer serves and invite renewal. This special event is thoughtfully designed to help participants clear stagnant energy, reset the mind, and restore balance in the body.
Each month, the evening also includes intentional rituals or themed activities inspired by the unique energy and symbolism of that specific Full Moon, deepening the connection to nature’s rhythms.
This beginner-friendly experience includes:

This 2-hour workshop is a sacred space for women entering or navigating the Crone phase - whether through menopause, life transition, or spiritual awakening. Through gentle meridian-focused Yin yoga, guided meditation, and honest conversation, we will honor the Crone as a powerful, sovereign archetype. Participants will learn how to listen to their changing bodies, release societal shame around aging, and step fully into menopausal maturity as a spiritual initiation.

This Halloween celebrate your inner mystic and love of all things “witchy”. In this gathering connect deeply with your intuition, energy, and ritual magick. Together we honor the brave witches of the past and the witch within us all.

In coven tradition we will create a circle of power and generate a loving energy to create a spell of abundance, self-love and happiness.
Halloween is a magical time when the veil between worlds thins allowing us to reach deep within and reclaim the keys to our creative power!

Bring water bottle, journal, pen and an open heart, no yoga mats needed all props will be provided.
Please arrive early, doors will be locked when the gathering starts.

Experience the healing power of sound with Bowls, Chimes & Gong! This two-hour workshop is ideal for those going through a particularly stressful time, suffering from illness or injury, or undergoing major life changes. Supported restorative yoga postures are held for extended lengths of time (up to 20 minutes) to gently release tension from the body. Restorative yoga is beneficial for stress reduction, insomnia, and chronic fatigue. The healing sounds will encourage deep relaxation and healing, harmonizing the chakras, reducing mental and emotional negativity, and enhancing well-being.

In this 2-hour immersive experience, Angela will guide you through deeply restorative yoga poses designed to release tension, soothe the nervous system, and replenish your energy. Each posture will be supported with blankets and props, encouraging you to settle in as though nestling into a winter den. Live soundscapes—featuring singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and soft drumming—will weave through the practice, creating a gentle resonance that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit.
This workshop is a sanctuary for anyone seeking relief from stress, a deeper connection with self, or simply a chance to rest and be held by the stillness of the season. No prior yoga experience is required. Come as you are, and leave feeling cocooned, renewed, and aligned with winter’s quiet wisdom.
